For this episode’s Chosen One, we’re putting the spotlight on Miami-based musician, Raquel Lily. We first caught wind of Raquel on Episode 50 of The Chosen Dozen when we played her song Come Thru.
She’s most known for her prominent presence on Twitch, and If you deep dive into Raquels socials, you’ll find a zest of life and high energy performances alongside her awesome band. For her most recent single, she teamed up with the band Buko Boys to deliver a soothing but playful tune titled Mactan Mood, which gives a nod to her Filipino heritage.
